Sauna & Immersive Moon Circles

We hold regular Sauna Moon Circles at Temple Wellness Centre, Parkmill, Gower and beaches/woods around Swansea. Some of these are held in conjunction with Sauna Hut Wales and our Retreat Partner Claire at Chakra Food Swansea.

They include a range of offerings from sound baths, kundalini awakenings, kitchen witchery, Nidra, floating sound circles and candle magic. Seasonal food is prepared and served by Chakra Food Swansea. Please look out for dates throughout the year.

Langland Beach Moon Circles and Sauna

From October to March Sound Bath Swansea and Chakra Food Swansea hold Sound Baths, manifestations and release ceremonies at our Hut and on the beach.
